Opportunity Overview

Product Management Manager - Manager Level for the Memory Test Division

The role is responsible for leading a defined product or technology segment in memory test, owning strategy, execution, and results across the full product lifecycle. This role operates with significant autonomy and serves as a recognized technical and business leader within the Memory Test Division organization.

The role expands beyond execution into segment-level ownership, including roadmap definition, customer engagement, forecasting accountability, and mentoring of less-senior product managers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute segment-level strategy and multi-year business plans for assigned products or technologies.

  • Drive multi-generation product roadmaps in partnership with R&D, aligned to customer and market needs.

  • Own full product lifecycle management including positioning, pricing, forecasting, launch, sustainment, and end-of-life.

  • Lead go-to-market execution, including development of competitive analysis and technical marketing collateral.

  • Support product forecasts and assumptions to support inventory planning, LTB, E&O, and EOL decisions.

  • Support strategic design-in and customer engagements, including roadmap reviews and executive presentations.

  • Develop pricing strategies for products and key customers balancing competitiveness and profitability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive execution.

  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, providing technical leadership and strategic direction.

  • Success will be measured by revenue growth, share gains, design-in wins, roadmap alignment, and product launch execution.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.

  • Typically 8-12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical marketing in the semiconductor memory industry.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor memory products, customers, and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.

  • Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.

  • Experience with memory ATE, test solutions, or complex semiconductor systems preferred.

  • Location: San Jose, CA.

  • Travel of approximately 20% expected.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $196,300 - 314,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the actual salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range may vary based on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
