Omaha Country Club is a premier, private Club offering our members and their guests an exceptional experience through our fine dining restaurant and event spaces, championship golf course, tennis facility, pool, and superb amenities. Providing outstanding customer service to our members is our goal each and every day.
Omaha Country Club is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to serve as Locker Room Attendants in the Men's Locker Room. MLR Attendants ensure the Locker Room is clean and neat throughout the day, restock supplies, and assist members and guests as needed. JOB DUTIES
Greet members and guests promptly with a warm and accommodating demeanor.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure member needs are met.
Ensure the safety and security of the personal property of all members and guests.
Regularly inspect the locker room area to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including mopping floors, cleaning mirrors, basins, lavatories, showers, and emptying trash receptacles.
Vacuum Locker Room floors and clean benches daily.
Check and restock the toiletry supply throughout the day.
Monitor towel supply for members and guests and transport towels to and from the laundry area. Run towels through the washer and dryer.
Promptly notify Housekeeping and/or the Club Engineer of any maintenance issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Due to the proximity of the Men's Locker Room, only male applicants will be considered for the MLR Attendant position.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and understands the importance of being efficient and keeping busy.
Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for long periods of time, and be able to lift 30 pounds while walking up and down stairs.
Genuine desire to provide the utmost in service excellence.
Exhibits a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
A natural team player with a friendly, optimistic, can-do attitude.
Capable of being discreet while handling conversations and issues with confidentiality.
Must be fluent in English.
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Must be punctual, have reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation.
Must be able to abide by the OCC Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drug Policy.
SCHEDULE
Part-time positions available.
Morning availability required. Typical shifts are from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
COMPENSATION
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
Hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided.
