Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator – LPC / LCSW / LMFTLocation: Cushing, OK 74023Duration: 6 WeeksShift: 5x8-Hour ShiftsHours: 40 Hours per Week

Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Coordinator to provide clinical mental health services within a facility setting. The candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide counseling services, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
Document evaluations and treatment activities in healthcare records
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Provide ongoing mental health support based on individual needs

Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience
At least two (2) years in a comparable position
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license preferred (if required by contract)
Social Security card and driver's license required for facility clearance

Typically 8-hour shifts
40 hours per week guaranteed
Must have open availability per scheduling policy
