Mental Health Program Housekeeper / Server- South Minneapolis

SCHEDULE, LOCATION AND COMPENSATION:

• Full Time (40 hours/week)

• Create your own schedule! (The schedule you create with become your set schedule upon hire)

• Hours worked must be between 7am- 7pm

• You must be able to work at 3 shifts per week from 11:00am- 7:30pm or 12:00pm- 8:00pm

• South Minneapolis

• $18-$20 per hour, dependent on experience and skillset

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to speak and write in English

• Ability to pass Department of Human Services background check

• Over the age of 18

• At least six months of work experience in any field

MORE ON THE ROLE:

You'll be an important part of our housekeeping team while maintaining our cafeteria. Our customized living programs focus on providing support to individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. We provide a lower level of care alternative to group homes and nursing homes, meeting the client's individual needs while promoting independence.

The housekeeping services include a variety of light and heavy cleaning tasks focusing on the common areas, bathrooms and stairwells, as well as serving meals and keeping our cafeteria clean.

The care you provide for our clients will not just serve their basic needs of housekeeping and personal hygiene reminders but also reinforce client dignity, self worth and confidence, encouraging them to live their best life. You will work independently or one on one with clients to ensure clean safe living spaces.
