$18–$22/hour • $500 Sign-On Bonus • Paid Training

What You'll Do as an MHRT

Support adults with daily living skills
Promote independence and community involvement
Provide structure, compassion, and emotional support
Work collaboratively within a team
Engage clients in meaningful activities

Experience with autism or personal care is a plus - but not required. We train you!

Where You'll Work

Kennebec County
Androscoggin County

All trainings take place in Androscoggin County.Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

What You Need

18+ years old
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Willingness to attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
A compassionate, dependable, team-focused attitude
