Job Description
Provides intensive, goal directed services to support individuals who are in a mental health crisis which require crisis stabilization services.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Complete timely and accurate documentation as per Health System/affiliate policy.
- Provide crisis stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
- Supports clients as it relates to daily living, medication compliance, goal management, crisis management, and client safety.
- Utilize deescalating skills when appropriate.
- Interact with clients in a positive and supporting manner.
- Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
- Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.
