MEP Coordinator- Healthcare

Job Description

The MEP Coordinator- Healthcare will:

Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across multiple active projects.
Lead MEP coordination efforts from design through construction.
Facilitate coordination and clash detection meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Identify constructability issues and drive solutions before they impact schedule or budgets.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure seamless installation and execution.
Review drawings, models, and specifications to maintain project quality and efficiency.
Support large ground-up and major renovation projects in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, and institutional construction.
Utilize industry-leading tools including Procore, Bluebeam, P6, CAD and Revit.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Coordinator- Healthcare should have:

3-10 years of MEP coordination, construction management, or project management experience.
Proven experience on large-scale healthcare, higher education, life science, institutional, or commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Experience coordinating MEP trades on ground-up or major renovation projects.
Background with specialty contractors, MEP-focused firms, or general contractors preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Procore and Bluebeam required; P6, CAD, and Revit experience is a plus.

Base salary: $90,000 - $140,000 USD (depending on experience).
Discretionary annual bonus
