MEP Project Manager - Data Center/Healthcare Projects

Job Title

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality goals are met.

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment, communication, and execution excellence.

Monitor project performance, resolve challenges, and mitigate risks throughout the construction lifecycle.

Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure work aligns with design intent and project objectives.

Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards while delivering complex projects, including mission-critical facilities such as data centers.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical facilities or data centers.

Strong ability to lead and coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, quality, and compliance.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with clients, design teams, and construction partners.

Willingness to travel throughout Texas and adapt to varying project site conditions and business needs.
