Job Description

MEP Project ManagerAs the MEP Project Manager, you will report to a Senior Manager or Executive and be responsible for day-to-day project execution.Manage MEP scopes from buyout through close-outTrack budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost reports

Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and field teams

Support preconstruction and estimating as needed

Keep schedules on track and flag risks early

Maintain client communication alongside senior leadership

Experience managing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing scopes

Comfortable with budgets, forecasting, and change management

Procore and Bluebeam experience
