DescriptionThe MEP Superintendent will:Supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide project execution.Manage project timelines and budgets while addressing any challenges that may arise.Ensure proper documentation of project progress and maintain communication with all project stakeholders.Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and subcontractors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
