Merchandising & Inventory Control:
James Free Jewelers is looking for a motivated and energetic Merchandising & Inventory Control support to join our team at our Dayton location. This role plays an essential part in maintaining the accuracy, organization, and integrity of our inventory systems while supporting our merchandising initiatives.
Position Overview:The Merchandising & Inventory Control Support role ensures product is received, recorded, and maintained with precision and efficiency. This individual will support cross-functional departments by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and accountability across all inventory-related processes that define the James Free brand.
Essential Duties:
- Execute detailed and accurate data entry into the inventory system.
- Receive and process incoming merchandise in a timely manner.
- Create comprehensive product listings with exceptional attention to detail.
- Perform inventory management, maintenance, and periodic audits.
- Assist with accounts receivable functions.
