REMOTE CONTRACT Merger Acquisition Technology/System Integration Specialist Needs experience and skills that can handle ALL needed Technology Merger activities associated with a business function. Specially in Development: Safety, Regulatory, Medical affairs, BioStat, Data Management, Quality, etc.... Coordinate and develop a migration plan for integration of data and systems after a merger or acquisition of another pharma company or biotech with client Able to build a plan and execute on it; manages the complex process after a company is bought or merges, focusing on smoothly integrating operations, systems, cultures, and people to realize the deal's value, handling everything from planning and due diligence support to post-deal execution, communication, and change management to ensure business continuity and synergy realization. Key Responsibilities " Integration Planning: Developing detailed roadmaps for combining functions like IT, finance, HR, sales, and marketing. " Due Diligence Support: Providing analysis on potential targets to evaluate strategic fit and risks. " Change Management: Addressing cultural differences, managing employee communication, and reducing uncertainty. " Operational Alignment: Merging processes, systems, and workflows to create a unified entity. " Stakeholder Communication: Crafting and executing communication plans for employees, customers, and suppliers. " Project Management: Overseeing integration tasks, tracking progress, and managing cross-functional teams.
