Job Title: AssemblerLocation: Rogers, MNCompensation: $18.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 6:00am-3:00pm | Monday-FridayJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading metal fabrication company located in Rogers, MN. Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine assembly instructions
Assemble sheet metal components using various hand and power tools
Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled products meet company standards
Operate equipment such as presses, drills, and fasteners
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion with or without reasonable accommodations
