You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that prioritize safety, quality, and production speed.What You'll Do As a Metal Fabrication Grinder, you will be responsible for
- Operating handheld grinders to smooth and deburr steel parts, meeting quality standards*
- Using tape measures and basic measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances*
- Completing light welding tasks as needed while following all safety protocols*
- Maintaining a clean, safe workspace by tidying up tools and work areas*
- Assisting with additional production tasks to support the team
- Ability to lift heavy steel parts safely and comfortably*
- Basic reading and measuring skills (tape measure knowledge helpful)*
- Strong work ethic with a focus on attention to detail*
