Job Title: Metal Fabrication Production WorkerLocation: Fargo, NDCompensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weeklyJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Metal Fabrication Production Workers for a leading sign manufacturing company located in Fargo, ND. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do Metal Fabrication Production Worker:
  • Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic metal fabrication equipment
  • Execute and document production through MRP system
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Inspect quality of work and complete associated documentation
  • Shear and punch aluminum materials
  • Maintain a neat and orderly Sign Shop and lot
  • Pull all parts of an order together using work orders and stage for manufacturing
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of sheeting and materials
  • Assist with logistics and incoming product handling
  • Participate in weekly shop meetings and other tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Metal Fabrication Production Worker Role:
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
  • Ability to operate manual, semi-automated, or CNC equipment
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain manufacturing orders and meet deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and ERP/MRP systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
