Job Title: Finisher – 1st ShiftLocation: St. Joseph, MNCompensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–3:00pmJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Finisher workers for a fabrication/manufacturing company in St. Joseph, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality finished metal products in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, and taking pride in precision work, this opportunity offers steady hours, weekly pay, and room to grow. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Finisher:
  • Grind and polish metal parts using hand tools and hand-held power tools
  • Read blueprints and specifications to ensure finished product quality
  • Smooth metal surfaces and edges to meet production standards
  • Identify and mark defects for correction
  • Select appropriate abrasives and tools based on materials used
  • Sharpen and maintain tools as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Finisher Role:
  • Interest in manufacturing and growing within the company
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints (experience preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
