Job Title: Metrics Analyst

Reports To: CTR Program Manager

Location (s): Alexandria, VA

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week

FLSA Status: Exempt

Clearance: Facilities Clearance

DESCRIPTION

At CTRMG, we specialize in various core capabilities including Human Capital Management Services, Acquisition Support Services, IT Management Support Services, Grants Management Services, Medical and Laboratory services, and Healthcare Delivery Services. With our wide range of experience, we provide valuable expertise in critical areas of consulting and acquisition operations.

The Metrics Analyst supports CTRMG's communications programs by collecting and analyzing engagement data to evaluate digital outreach effectiveness. They develop dashboards, reports, and insights that assess communication strategies and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement. The role requires experience in communications metrics and campaign evaluation.

PRIMARY DUTIES

The Metrics Analyst shall:

Collect and analyze communications and engagement data.
Develop dashboards and reports summarizing key performance indicators.
Evaluate communications strategies and campaigns.
Provide recommendations to improve audience engagement and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years professional experience developing communications metrics and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
