- DRIVE TO STATIONS: Use company vehicles to travel efficiently between Metro Stations.
- REMOVE DEBRIS: Hardscaped and landscaped areas free of trash and debris.
- MAINTAIN STATION CLEANLINESS: Ensure restrooms, trash bins are clean and surrounding areas look great.
- KEEP IT CLEAN: Walk the property to ensure it's always clean, safe, and inviting.
- MANAGE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored and submit issues to maintenance department.
- Have a valid driver's license (Class E or better) with a clean record.
- Are dependable and accountable, taking pride in quality work.
- Can work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay active throughout the day.
- Have an eye for detail and a passion for making spaces look their best.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
