A day as our Cook / Line Cook: - Supporting the kitchen teams with mise-en-place- Working in different sections of a busy kitchen- Partnering with experienced chefs to help develop your culinary skills- Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh, quality food- Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene What's essential for us? - Must be fully flexible from Wednesday 30th April to Sunday 4th May- Team player! You won't be able to achieve success without this!- A passion to learn more - we're passionate about training so we want you to be too! - Good level of knife skills- Excellent communication skills - a kitchen can't survive without this! - Not intimidated by high volume environments!
