Job Description

Laboratory Supervisor – Microbiology/Molecular

We’re currently hiring a Laboratory Supervisor for our Microbiology and Molecular lab in Providence, RI. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary range of $80,000–$95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations in the Microbiology and Molecular lab
Mentor and develop staff to enhance team performance
Ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in lab operations
Contribute to training programs and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in microbiology bench
ASCP certification is preferred
