Job Description

Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform DeveloperType of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)Work Location: Onsite in Greenville, SCJob Overview:We are looking fo a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. As a key contributor, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to create and maintain custom business solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.This on-site position will be based at Michelin North America in Greenville, South Carolina, offering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Essential Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports to streamline business processes and enhance data visibility.
Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party applications.
Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards.
Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer or in a related role.
Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices for creating user-friendly applications.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create scalable solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies.

Big Bonus Points if you Have:

Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python for extending Power Platform capabilities.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate).

Job Requisition # 40110A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $40.00 - $43.00 per hour.
