What You Will Do
The Microsoft Systems Administrator helps support the organization’s server infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft cloud services and endpoint management. This role assists in maintaining, configuring, and supporting Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
The Opportunity
- Support deployment, configuration, and policy management within Microsoft Intune for Windows and Jamf for macOS.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate person.
- Investigation and implementation of new software technology as needed to meet the needs of Innovative Hematology.
- Provide administrative support for Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance through the Help Desk support system.
- Assist in creating and maintaining compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
- Assist in managing Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, and conditional access policies.
- Assist supporting server operating systems and system software.
- Monitor system resources to pro-actively address issues or quickly resolve unforeseen issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Associate’s degree (preferred), or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years related working experience preferably in Microsoft environment
- Valid driver’s license and insured automobile required
