Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour shifts (18:45 07:15)
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week

Licensure/Certifications: ACLS, BCLS (Epic experience required)
Experience: Prior ICU, high-acuity unit, or Covid care experience preferred

What Youll Do

Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the MICU, including Covid-19 and pronation therapy cases
Administer vasopressor titrations and manage CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy)
Utilize EPIC electronic health record system (preferred but not required)
Follow unit protocols and safety procedures for high-acuity patient care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Stay adaptable to emergency team assignments and unit fluctuations

What You Need

Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible to reciprocate
ACLS and BCLS certifications required
1+ year of ICU or high-acuity nursing experience, preferably including Covid care and CRRT management
Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
EPIC electronic health record system experience preferred
