  • Must be proficient with Excel, including use of formulas for data analysis and tracking.

  • Must have experience researching parts and technical configurations from engineering specifications.

  • Knowledge of software licensing models (e.g., subscriptions, term licenses, perpetual licenses).

  • Must have direct experience working with engineers, control account managers, and planners to develop, review, and refine quotes.

  • Experience collaborating with buyers and material planners throughout the procurement process.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent purchases at various stages of the lifecycle (partial receipts, backorders, goods receipts, data transfers, BOM updates, purchase closeouts, tracking delivery dates, etc.).

  • Must be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently plan and prioritize daily tasks, ongoing projects, and recurring processes.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with engineers, planners, and customers.

  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.

Clearance Required:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
