  • Experience programming in Java and Python

  • Experience with Beanshell, Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interfaces (REST APIs), SQL, or scripting for automation and customization

  • Experience supporting legacy IAM tools and migrating workloads to modern platforms like SailPoint

  • Experience with identity protocols and standards (e.g., System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC) and integration patterns

  • Experience with problem-solving and the ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access issues in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, security analysts, and business stakeholders

  • Experience with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, or similar) for tenant health and operational dashboards

  • Experience supporting SaaS identity platforms in a shared operations environment

  • Experience with secure credential handling, API key management, and tenant security hardening

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
