Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse and shipping role.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Shipping Knowledge: Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations and procedures.
- Forklift License: Valid certification required.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to make decisions independently and take initiative.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain an efficient and well-structured warehouse.
- Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations:
- Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Perform quality checks and verification of received goods against purchase orders.
- Ensure that all items are properly labeled, stored, and accurately reflected in SAP.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
- Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory control.
Shipping & Logistics:
- Prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery, including documentation and labeling.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements for global destinations.
- Book and coordinate transport for outgoing shipments.
- Handle packing for different types of shipments, including service, aftermarket, and project-related goods.
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Claims & Reporting:
- Manage and process claims for damaged or missing goods.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain and logistics team to optimize warehouse functions.
System & Office Skills:
- Utilize SAP ERP to track inventory, goods movement, and shipments.
- Maintain and update warehouse-related data in Excel and other office software.
- Generate reports related to warehouse performance and stock levels.
