ROLE : MID-SENIOR LEVEL PARALEGALLocations: San Francisco, CA | Newport Beach, CA | Alexandria, VA | West Palm Beach, FL | Austin, TXJob Type: Full-Time | Work Model: OnsiteCompensation: Competitive (Based on Experience)Practice Areas: Litigation | Constitutional Law | Commercial Litigation | Employment Litigation | Civil Rights | AppealsKey Responsibilities:Draft pleadings, motions, notices, affidavits, and discovery documentsPrepare substantive first drafts of litigation filings underattorney supervisionAssist with case development, investigation, and fact gatheringConduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, FastcaseManage discovery workflows from collection through productionUtilize eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull)Prepare filings via PACER and state e-filing systemsSupport trial preparation through exhibit managementRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 2 years of substantive paralegal experienceLitigation support experienceWestlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent legal research experiencePACER and state/federal court filing experienceAdvanced Mic rosoft Office Suite (Word, redlining, TOC, TOA)Strong Plus: ABA Paralegal Certificate, Relativity/Everlaw/Logikcull, trial preparation, deposition summariesGCG® is one of world’s leading providers of business transformation solutions related to supply chain and technology solutions for order fulfillment and marketing execution.
