Responsibilities
Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through differentiated instruction
Attend weekly professional development sessions and collaborate in grade-level or content-area professional learning communities
Communicate effectively with parents and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to promote student progress and achievement
Collaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment that addresses academic and behavioral needs
Use measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible results
Work collaboratively with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure ongoing academic success
Use PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills essential for lifelong learning
Minimum Qualifications
Passion for helping Title I and ESL students in underserved communities achieve academic success
Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card
Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction
Adaptability and willingness to implement a rigorous, proven curriculum
Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and work as part of a high-performing team

Base salary: $48,331.25 – $54,571.88 year-round (DOE)

Performance bonuses averaging $2,200 per year (up to $3,400)
Relocation stipends of up to $5,000 for eligible candidates
