Midwest Site/Civil Practice Leader – (Indianapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Detroit)
Looking for a career-defining leadership opportunity in civil engineering? This nationally recognized firm is expanding its Midwest practice and seeking a Site/Civil Practice Leader to build and lead a multidisciplinary team in the Indianapolis area.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee site/civil engineering for a variety of projects, from concept through completion
Drive business development and build client relationships
Integrate geotechnical and environmental solutions into land development projects
Mentor and grow a high-performing team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of site/civil engineering experience in land development
Professional Engineering (PE) license
Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills
Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred
