MIG & Metalcore Welder PM ShiftPay:$23.00 $27.00 per hour (Based on Experience)Location:Tulsa, OK 74146Shift:Monday Thursday | 4: 30 PM 12: 30 AMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125700Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced MIG & Metalcore Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in East Tulsa. This position is responsible for producing high-quality welds using MIG and Metalcore processes while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.The ideal candidate has strong welding experience, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment that values teamwork and continuous growth.Weld Test RequirementsCandidates must successfully complete the following weld test:MIG Flat Root & 3 PassesBend TestRequired Experience & Skills Previous MIG welding experience required Metalcore welding experience preferred Ability to pass the required weld test Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to read fabrication drawings and work instructions Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Commitment to workplace safety and reliable attendanceEssential Duties & Responsibilities Perform MIG and Metalcore welding on a variety of fabricated components Produce clean, accurate welds that meet company and industry quality standards Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Maintain production schedules while delivering quality workmanship Follow welding procedures and company safety policies Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand skills and support production needs Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to meet production goalsPreferred Qualifications Previous experience with Metalcore welding processes Manufacturing or production welding experience Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Experience working in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Ability to safely operate welding equipment and hand toolsWork Environment Climate-controlled manufacturing facility Modern production environment focused on quality and teamwork Cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills Stable Monday Thursday schedule offering an excellent work/life balanceWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Four-day workweek with three-day weekends Climate-controlled facility Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Team-oriented culture with cross-training and career growth opportunitiesReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
