If you're looking for a place to grow as a welder and be part of a company that values quality and consistency, this is an ideal opportunity.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel parts in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.Set up and operate welding machines and related tools and fixtures with precision.Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards; make necessary adjustments or repairs.Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and project goals.Document work as required for traceability and quality assurance.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training in welding preferred.2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Proficient with stainless steel and aluminum welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.AWS certifications are a plus but not required.Interested in hearing more?
