Job Title: MIG WelderLocation: Hastings, NEPay: $16.00/hourShift: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PMJob Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are hiring a dependable MIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Hastings, NE. This role involves MIG and robotic welding in a production environment. The ideal candidate understands weld quality standards, takes pride in their work, and maintains strong attendance and reliability.Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on production parts
- Assist with and monitor robotic welding processes
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify and correct weld defects as needed
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- MIG welding experience required
- Ability to recognize what a quality weld looks like
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a production environment
