This position starts at $15.00/hour, with the opportunity to earn additional payat 30, 60 and 90-day evaluations, based on performance evaluations.Your pay reflects your progress, reliability, and contributions to the teamPrimary PurposeCan perform a variety of welding functions. the individual should be familiar with and capableof using various types of welding equipment. Responsible for maintaining quality. Responsible to the JobBoss process and reporting accurate quantities.Essential DutiesManually guide electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld and size of molten puddle. Other DutiesAssist other departments as required/directed. May act as line leader, setting up lines, and checking weld quality of co-workers as required. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Experience and QualificationsAbility to: - Perform simple shop math and convert decimals to fractional equivalents.
- Read a calibrated tape measure.
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read and interpret documents finished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and quality and procedure manuals.

- Full-time, M-F 5:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (occasional mandatory OT).
- Starting pay is $15/hour.
- 30-60-90-day evaluations are performed to give people the opportunity to earn more money.
- 30 days-Paid holidays are available
- 60 days-Health benefits are available
- 90 days, anyone 21+ is eligible to sign-up for 401k. $150 allowance to be used anytime during the calendar year for any combination of PPE pertinent to your position, BMH Logoed items and/or steel-toed shoes.
