MIG Welder – 2nd Shift

$22.00/hour | Temp-to-HireLocation: USA Parkway, Sparks, NV 89437Shift: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a client in Sparks, NV. This role involves product and final assembly operations, ensuring all work meets specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform MIG welding on sheet metal (10–20 gauge preferred)
  • Complete product and final assembly tasks
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

  • Experience with MIG welding or formal welding training
  • Ability to work with 10–20 gauge sheet metal
  • Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, and measurements)
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong attention to quality and safety standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Must pass a background check

Schedule & Pay

  • Shift: 2nd Shift (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
  • Pay: $22.00/hour
