- Support HyperCare monitoring of mail delivery, sign-in/auth, address policies, permissions, and device compliance for recently migrated users.
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact: coordinate with local DC site contacts on access and shift windows, document and escalate issues, and report daily progress to the migration lead.

- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows workstation environments.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting user login, profile, and access issues.
- Working familiarity with Microsoft 365 services from a troubleshooting perspective – Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune-managed devices.
- Familiarity with Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) and the Desktop Update Agent (DUA), or comparable migration tooling, is strongly preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage onsite priorities with minimal supervision.
Work Environment
- Onsite at distribution centers during active migration periods; this role is not remote.
- Fast-paced, execution-focused environment with real-time user interaction during wave cutovers and HyperCare.
- Close collaboration with remote technical resources, the migration consultant, and project leadership.
- Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local site time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility around scheduled cutover windows.
