  • Monitors relevant intelligence reporting to track adversary responses, indicators, and potential fratricide risks.

  • Contributes to assessment processes by applying Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) to evaluate the progress and impact of deception efforts.

  • Provides updates and recommendations to senior planners to support refinement, continuation, or termination of activities based on observed effects, assessed risks, and changing operational conditions.

  • Prepares planning inputs, coordination materials, and staff products that support the integration of MILDEC within OPLANs, CONPLANs, and OIE‑related planning documents.
