Position Summary
Participate in all aspects of the deal process, and concurrently work on multiple assignments. Serve as a team lead on a wide range of infrastructure and military housing debt and equity transactions, to include new debt originations (first lien, mezzanine loans, B-notes, and preferred equity); acquisition of legacy loans and other forms of public and private debt; structured solutions including synthetic risk transfers and platform investments; restructurings; and recapitalization.Responsibilities

Salary Range
Annual base salary between
$195,000.00-$200,000.00The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
