Mill Finish End Worker — Urgently hiring in Eugene!Job Title: Mill Finish End WorkerPay: $24.32/hourHours: Monday - Friday 5:00AM - 3:30PMStart Date: ASAPLooking for a rewarding opportunity in a stable industry? Join a reputable lumber mill in Eugene, Oregon, as a Mill Finish End Worker and make a difference every day.As a Mill Finish End Worker, you'll be essential in the hands-on processing of high-quality Doug Fir dimensional lumber. You’ll work closely with team members to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in every step of the lumber finishing process.What You’ll DoAs a Mill Finish End Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Applying putty and patching materials as needed*
  • Using scrapers and other hand tools to prepare lumber*
  • Operating routers to smooth and finish edges*
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment*
  • Assisting in other mill duties to support production goals
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Carpentry skills or experience, a must*
  • Prior lamination experience, very helpful*
  • Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness*
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
