Wood Production Laborer — Urgently hiring in Eugene, OR!Job Title: Wood Production LaborerPay: $19.50/hourHours: Monday – Thursday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PMStart Date: 08/03/2026Looking for a hands-on role with a trusted industry leader? Join a premier wood products company that has been supplying high-grade LVL kiln sticks to the wood industry for over 40 years.As a Wood Production Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining efficient production operations. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure the quality and timely processing of wood products, contributing directly to the company’s success.What You’ll DoAs a Wood Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating a bander to secure product shipments.*
  • Manually sorting and stacking pieces of wood weighing approximately 1 lb each.*
  • Performing other production and facility duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous mill or production experience is a plus.*
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.*
  • Ability to handle repetitive manual sorting and stacking tasks throughout the shift.
