Custom Agri Systems is a family-owned and operated business in West Fargo, ND, looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Industrial Mechanical Technicians / Millwrights.
If you have experience with millwright work, iron work, industrial mechanical maintenance, fabrication, equipment installation, or machinery repair, we'd like to talk with you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform industrial mechanical installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Complete millwright work, including equipment installation, alignment, rigging, and maintenance
- Perform iron work, fabrication, cutting, fitting, and structural work
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment
- Work safely and efficiently at local worksites
- Use modern equipment and tools to complete quality work
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time

Requirements
Equipment Selection- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
Repairing Machines or systems using the needed tools
Installation- Installing equipment, machines, wiring or programs to meet specifications.
Troubleshoot- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
Mathematics- Using mathematics to solve problems.
Critical Thinking- Judgement and Decision Making- Active Listening and Instructing.
Operation Monitoring- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure machine is working properly.
Able to work at certain heights.
