We're looking for an experienced HVAC installer (independent contractor) for mini split installations only.

What we offer:

2 clients per day
Installation only — no diagnostics, no sales
Equipment is already on site
All paperwork is completed
Steady work

Your responsibility:

Complete the mini split installation
Take before & after photos with geo-location
That's it — no extra steps

Compensation:

fixed price per client
Additional materials are paid separately if needed

Requirements:

Proven experience with mini split installations
Own vehicle (must be able to travel to customers)
Independent contractor
Reliable and professional
