š„ Mitigation Manager ā Lead & Elevate Our Restoration Team
Weāre looking for a hands-on Mitigation Manager to lead our water, mold, fire, and smoke restoration division. In this critical role, youāll oversee projects from start to finish, manage field teams, and ensure excellence in service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
If youāre a seasoned mitigation pro with strong leadership skills and IICRC certificationsāor on your way thereāthis is your chance to take the lead and grow with a top-performing team.
šØ What Youāll Be Doing:
- Lead and support Project Managers, Lead Techs, and Mitigation Technicians
- Ensure jobs meet quality standards, deadlines, and documentation accuracy
- Visit job sites to monitor progress, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and equipment logistics
- Approve estimates and job documentation (Xactimate or similar)
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, agents, and clients to resolve claims
- Train, mentor, and develop your team for continuous improvement
- Maintain profitability by managing labor, materials, and timelines
- Ensure all safety and compliance policies (OSHA, IICRC) are followed
- Handle escalated job-site issues or customer concerns
- Assist with large-loss jobs and emergency planning
š§© What Weāre Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
- 5+ years in mitigation/restoration, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Valid driverās license and clean driving record
- IICRC Certifications preferred: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Xactimate and digital job management tools
- Solid knowledge of the insurance claims process
- On-call availability as needed
šŖ Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 70 lbs and work in tight, high-moisture environments
- Frequent standing, walking, crawling, and climbing
- Must use respirators and safety gear as required
