Now Hiring in Miami - Full-Time Mitigation Technician

What You'll Do
- Place and monitor drying equipment
- Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and baseboards
- Update jobs using phone apps and online systems
- Assist with water mitigation, mold remediation, board-up, tarping, carpet cleaning, and related services
- Maintain trucks, equipment, and warehouse/facility organization
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts and support the team as needed

What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dedication to customer service
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating on-call shifts
- Ability to frequently lift 75 lbs
- Willingness to learn and grow
