Title: Mitigation Technician
Location: Logan, UT
We help homeowners restore their homes - and peace of mind - after unexpected damage. As a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, you'll respond to properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage. This is an important, entry-level role where you'll learn valuable skills, support customers during challenging situations, and be part of a team that makes a real difference. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with our company.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform restoration and cleanup work (e.g., water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation) under supervision
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each project
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment
- Assist with setting up equipment and preparing materials for removal or storage
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job
- Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable as needed
- Support warehouse and facility tasks when required
- Assist with demolition of damaged materials
Job Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Written and verbal fluency in English
Valid driver's license
Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently
Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions
Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per day

Hours
- 8 am- 5 pm, Monday- Friday
- 8 am- 5 pm, Friday- Tuesday
- 8 am- 6 pm, Monday- Thursday
