Job Description
Required Experience:
- Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects independently
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Knowledge of project financials, schedules, and contract administration
- Ability to work effectively in occupied environments

- Proven experience in healthcare and MOB construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate diverse project teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
