The role

As a Mobile Engineer, you will build Vale's mobile applications for consumers and field operators, delivering experiences that are fast, reliable, and delightful.

• Design and build mobile features and applications for iOS and/or Android
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Back-End engineers to ship complete mobile experiences
• Ensure app performance, stability, and a high-quality user experience across devices
• Write clean, well-tested mobile code and participate in code reviews
• Manage the mobile release process including builds, testing, and app store submissions
• Debug and resolve production issues affecting mobile users
• Stay current on mobile platform updates, design guidelines, and best practices

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 4+ years of mobile engineering experience on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin), or React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns and performance optimization
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and automated testing
• Familiarity with app store submission and release management processes
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming patterns

Compensation

$135,000 – $180,000 per year
