Spire Brands is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Mobile Food Service Team. As a Mobile Food Service Associate, you’ll represent both Spire Brands and Marco’s Pizza by operating mobile food service stations inside major employers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and corporate campuses.

Rather than working inside a traditional restaurant, you’ll serve fresh Marco’s Pizza products during employee lunch and dinner breaks, providing fast, convenient service and creating a great experience for every guest.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with people, and being the face of a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare a mobile Marco’s Pizza service station at assigned workplace locations.
• Serve pizza, sides, beverages, and other menu items quickly and accurately.
• Process customer orders and payments using our point-of-sale system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
• Restock products and monitor inventory throughout each shift.
• Tear down, clean, and secure the station after service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Represent Spire Brands and Marco’s Pizza with professionalism, integrity, and hospitality.

Schedule

• Morning/Lunch Shift: Approximately 2–4 hours
• Evening/Dinner Shift: Approximately 2–4 hours
• Flexible part-time scheduling
• Additional shifts may be available for special events and catering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Food service, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
