Job Description
Our client, a leader in commercial facility management, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites.
- Perform preventative maintenance and monitor the performance of mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.
- Travel between facilities within a designated geographic area, ensuring all systems function optimally.
- Maintain accurate records of readings, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
