Job Description
We are seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist with flexible schedule to join our VA team of 80+ examiners in the world's largest Paramedical industry. We are now hiring in the Lynchburg, VA area.Responsibilities:
- Collect and store blood/ urine samples from patients.
- Monitor storage and inventory of supplies.
- Maintain clean and healthy work environment.
- Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures.
- Performing mobile paramedical exams (Health history, vital signs).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in phlebotomy, 1 year or 1,000+ sticks.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Access to a mobile phone, laptop, tablet with mobile wi-fi.
Equipment needed:
- Tablet/laptop.
- Cell phone.
- BP cuff, stethoscope.
- Scale & tape measure.
