We are recruiting for a Dispatcher for our Mobile Phlebotomy Services.FLSA: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | HourlyThe Mobile Phlebotomist will have to be efficient with time management, good communicator, above average working on a laptop/surface, and highly skilled phlebotomist to be successful drawing the geriatric population. This position works under the supervision of the Mobile Phlebotomy Manager.

Responsibilities:

Enter in your mileage and complete queues
Act as liaison with client and dispatcher
Respond to dispatch on questions about new orders and or about orders drawn
Monitor throughout the day new assignments
Monitor all your supplies to include expiration dates on tubes and reorder supplies as needed
Good customer service skills with clients and patients at all times
Maintain daily records and logs per each facility
Maintain Professionalism at all times
Report on time per your shift
Maintain good communications with your supervisor
Follow preanalytical processes such as patient ID and proper PPE as needed
Most importantly be reliable team member

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma required
2 + years' experience drawing in the field/healthcare setting (long-term care setting preferred)

Compensation:

Hourly compensation commensurate to experience.
